Your role on the team

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you’ll be tasked with leading the next generation of features to dazzle our customers. Future enhancements include new governance workflows, better ML model visualization, new super user portals and features, improved performance, security and scalability, better user experience and much more. You will collaborate closely with the director of engineering, product, and other software engineers to design and build world class software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Make architectural changes to meet upcoming scalability, performance and security needs

• Deep understanding of our codebase, identify the complexity of integrating prospective features into our products

• Design and develop features from start to finish

• Collaborate with teams globally across multiple time zones and operate in an agile development environment

• Proactively identify bugs and areas of improvement

• Mentor junior team members

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

• Participate in code reviews

Must haves:

• 5 years of professional software development experience

• A passion for web application development

• Experience with a JavaScript framework (Vue preferred)

• Expertise in an OO language (Python preferred)

• Well versed in SQL (Postgres preferred)

• Experience with a JavaScript test framework (Cypress preferred)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines & various deployment methods

• Experience authoring RESTful APIs

• Experience consuming RESTful APIs

• Ability to multitask, balance priorities, and operate in an agile environment

• Understanding of OWASP best practices

• You always leave code better than you found it

• You are currently authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to haves:

• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in computer science or related field

• Expertise in Python

• Comfort with Django

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

• Experience with Vue

• Experience with NoSQL

• Experience with Auth0

• Experience with TypeScript

• Familiarity with Docker
