About Monsapo

Monsapo is a deeptech startup revolutionizing the cleaning industry with Sapocircle, an innovative machine that enables hotels and large facilities to transform used cooking oil into natural, cost-effective cleaning products. Our solution reduces waste, lowers costs, and promotes sustainability—a game-changer for the hospitality sector.

To accelerate our growth in France, we are recruiting a Sales Representative to drive our pilot program, securing partnerships with hotels, resorts, and collective catering services.

Your Mission

As our Sales Representative, your goal is to identify and sign at least 5 pilot customers in the first year. You will be responsible for:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identifying potential hotel groups, resorts, and large-scale facilities interested in our solution.

Sales & Negotiation: Pitching Sapocircle, building strong business cases, and closing deals.

Customer Onboarding: Ensuring smooth deployment and satisfaction for pilot customers.

Market Expansion: Gathering feedback to refine our approach and scale beyond pilots.

Collaboration: Working closely with our technical team to align sales efforts with product capabilities.

Your Profile

🎯 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, facility management, industrial cleaning, or sustainability solutions.

🎯 Proven track record in closing deals and managing complex sales cycles.

🎯 Strong network in the hotel industry (preferred).

🎯 Passion for sustainability & innovative solutions.

🎯 Fluent in French & English.

What We Offer

💰 Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: €35,000/year (€2,916/month).
  • Performance-based commission:
  • €1,500 per machine sale
  • 5% commission on first-year revenue per client (machine + consumables).
  • Bonus of €5,000 for signing 5 pilots in the first year.
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings): €54,250/year if 5 pilots are secured and sold machines

📍 Hybrid Role: Remote with client meetings and occasional on-site visits.
