Role Overview

We seek a Trade & Operations Manager to manage operational workflows, process client requests, coordinate logistics, and handle invoicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage client requests and inquiries.
• Oversee order processing and invoicing.
• Coordinate international logistics and shipments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking.
• Support partner communication and business operations.
• Ensure timely and efficient process execution.
• Interact with the technical team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions for clients.

Requirements

• Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (must)
• English proficiency (Intermediate+)
• 1+ years experience in operations, logistics, or customer support.
• Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MS Office, HubSpot, Confluence, Notion
• Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
