Role OverviewWe seek a Junior Operations & Customer Support Manager to handle client requests, oversee order processing, and coordinate logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Process and manage client requests and inquiries.
- Oversee order processing and invoicing.
- Coordinate logistics and shipments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and task tracking.
- Ensure timely and efficient process execution.
- Interact with the technical team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions for clients.
- English proficiency (Intermediate+)
- Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (must)
- 1+ years of experience in operations, trade, logistics, or customer support.
- Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, MS Office, HubSpot, Confluence, Notion.
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
