Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to support international shipments, coordinate fulfillment, track inventory, and manage operational processes across multiple markets.

This role requires strong organizational skills, structured thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate logistics operations in a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple moving parts simultaneously, communicating with warehouses and partners, and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate international and domestic shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
• Manage communication with 3PL providers and fulfillment centers in the US and other markets.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, packing lists, and operational records.
• Support Shopify order fulfillment workflows and ensure accurate order processing.
• Maintain inventory tracking and operational data across internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate stock movements between warehouses and fulfillment locations.
• Assist with returns, replacements, and reverse logistics processes.
• Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment statuses, inventory availability, and operational updates.
• Support process improvement and optimization of logistics and operational workflows.

Requirements

• B1/B2 English or higher.
• Location: Ukraine (required).
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, fulfillment, or supply chain support.
• Experience with Shopify order fulfillment workflows.
• International freight coordination — ocean/air freight, freight forwarding, and customs clearance (strong advantage).
• Experience with 3PL providers, fulfillment centers, or warehouse coordination, and with the US market (strong advantage).
• Solid understanding of international shipping and logistics processes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced environment and flexible across time zones.
