We are seeking a talented Growth Analyst to join us on a path of growth, working to solve one of the most challenging problems for the environment!

Who we are:

We are a team of business-driven builders with prior experience in managing logistics scale-ups on a mission to revolutionize packaging. We are tackling the single-use packaging problem by offering retail and e-commerce brands a circular packaging service that enhances their sustainability efforts while elevating their business.

The process is simple: customers receive their purchases in our Movopack packaging, enjoy a unique unboxing experience, then simply drop the packaging in any mailbox across Europe. Our European postal logistics system takes it from there – we collect, clean, sanitize, and return the packaging to the brand, ready for its next use.

The results speak for themselves: no more single-use packaging waste, an 84% reduction in CO₂ emissions, and brands enjoy higher customer retention, a boost in average order value (AOV) and improved cart conversion rates.

Oh, we almost forgot: final customers are crazy about it! (79% NPS)

We are already active all over Europe, managing hundreds of thousands of packaging units for more than 100 brands. Major partners include OTB Group, Yamamay, Wind Tre, Vibram and many more, with new collaborations launching soon – stay tuned! We are achieving outstanding momentum, with sales growing 4x year-over-year.

We have closed our €2,3 million seed round, supported by leading international VC firms and multi-billion-euro packaging companies, to drive our expansion across Europe.

What you will do:

  • Create leads by leveraging Movopack proven lead generation activity.
  • Actively pursue new business development opportunities to expand the customer base and grow market presence.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high.
  • Collaborate with the CCO and internal teams to craft and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Movopack's product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Who you are:

  • You are a student in the process of completing your bachelor's or master's degree.
  • You have an interest for a sales career or for startups.
  • With a proactive spirit, you jump in where needed, spot opportunities for improvement.
  • You have that startup energy – versatile, adaptable, and always looking to make things better, improve customer success and create impact.
  • Action-oriented with a high sense of agency, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team's and the company's growth.

Requirements:

  • Eligible for a 6-month CURRICULAR internship.
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher.
  • Academic qualifications in Management, Economics, or Engineering are preferred.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field is preferred.
