We are a team of business-driven builders with prior experience in managing logistics scale-ups on a mission to revolutionize packaging. We are tackling the single-use packaging problem by offering retail and e-commerce brands a circular packaging service that enhances their sustainability efforts while elevating their business.

The process is simple: customers receive their purchases in our Movopack packaging, enjoy a unique unboxing experience, then simply drop the packaging in any mailbox across Europe. Our European postal logistics system takes it from there – we collect, clean, sanitize, and return the packaging to the brand, ready for its next use.

The results speak for themselves: no more single-use packaging waste, an 84% reduction in CO₂ emissions, and brands enjoy higher customer retention, a boost in average order value (AOV) and improved cart conversion rates.

We are already active all over Europe, managing hundreds of thousands of packaging units for more than 100 brands. What you will do:

• Lead Movopack's most critical role, centered on overseeing the strategy around the return of our packaging.
• Develop innovative and disruptive ideas to enhance user experience, communication, and product design.
• Oversee and implement the Movopack incentive program to drive packaging returns.
• Continuously gather and analyze feedback from final customers to refine packaging return strategies and enhance their overall experience.
• Collaborate closely with all Movopack teams, including product design, logistics, user experience, sales, and finance, to ensure our strategy is effectively implemented and consistently pursued.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in roles such as Marketing, User Experience, Product Manager
• Proven experience in conducting tests and surveys involving final customers.
• Experience in retail, fashion, or beauty industries is preferred.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to Milan, Italy.
