💥 What you’ll do
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will:
- Identify and qualify leads via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Handle first contact with inbound leads and support them through the funnel
- Visit clients and prospects to understand needs, present solutions, and support deal closure
- Organize meetings, product demos, and commercial proposals
- Nurture client relationships to boost satisfaction and upselling
- Conduct market research on high-potential segments and trends
- Track and manage activities in our CRM system
This is a hands-on role designed to give you real exposure to commercial strategy and execution.
🧠 Who you are
- A student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, eligible for a 6-month internship
- Genuinely interested in sales, business development, and startups
- Energetic, curious, and resourceful — you enjoy reaching out, creating conversations, and driving results
- Comfortable speaking with clients, both on the phone and in person
- Italian: native speaker
- English: fluent (C1 or higher)
Bonus points if:
- You’ve had experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles
- You’ve used CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
- You’re familiar with email finder tools like Surfe, Lusha, Cognism, etc
