Position: Business Development Manager focused on Travel Agents
Mozio is expanding its Partnerships Team, and we're seeking an exceptional sales representative to join us. In this role, you'll be instrumental in forging strong partnerships with travel agency companies while also supporting our existing pipeline of travel agents.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential partners, with a primary focus on travel agencies
- Present, promote, and sell our innovative products, leveraging persuasive arguments to engage existing and potential leads
- Follow the sales process diligently by scheduling appointments, delivering compelling presentations, and understanding partner requirements
- Provide dedicated support to our database of travel agents, maximizing the potential of this sales channel
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, employing effective prospecting strategies and techniques
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to keep the team informed
- Proven work experience as a successful Sales/Business development manager
- Established connections within the travel agency industry. It's a bonus if you can bring along your own portfolio of travel agency sales
- Familiarity with CRM practices, coupled with the ability to build strong and productive business relationships
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Exceptional selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficient in tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of different audiences
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously

- Backup internet connection to switch seamlessly in case of connectivity issues, enabling you to carry on with your work without disruptions
