We are seeking Customer Discovery Specialists who will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, attending meetings, and conducting client research to gather valuable insights. The ideal candidate is highly personable, likable, and possesses excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- General Customer Discovery Tasks:
- Attend meetings and represent the company in a professional manner
- Draft compelling and effective emails to communicate with potential customers
- Conduct meetings with potential customers, demonstrating a personable and engaging approach
- Customer Engagement:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels to understand their needs, challenges, and preferences
- Conduct meetings, and other communication methods to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences
- Utilize your personable and likable nature to establish meaningful connections with customers
- Client Research:
- Research information on clients before meetings to better understand their background and needs
- Provide recommendations based on client research to enhance engagement and understanding
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Nice to have)
- Proven experience in customer discovery, client management, or a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and likable demeanor
- Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools, including Pipedrive and other relevant tools
- Ideally based in the USA

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Contract
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The chosen candidate will report to the Product Owner and will collaborate closely with teammates.
COMPENSATION BENEFITS:
Negotiable hourly rate based on experience.
