The RoleWe’re hiring our first Growth Marketing/GTM Lead to help shape our growth engine—strategy, automation, funnels, partnerships, and content.This is a hands-on, build-from-zero role. If you’re part strategist, part builder, and ready to own results—you’ll love this.

Project-based comp + performance upside
What You’ll Do- Own growth and GTM strategy: messaging, channels, campaigns
- Build and optimize the user funnel (awareness → sign-up → activation)
- Set up lightweight automation (Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)
- Test and refine value props (Figma, Bolt, Cursor, Heatseeker)
- Create smart, simple content (email flows, landing pages, decks)
- Grow distribution via partners, accelerators, and ecosystem players
- 1–5 years in growth, GTM, startup ops, or founder-type roles
- Experience testing and launching campaigns from scratch
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with growth tools—or the drive to learn fast
- Interest in fintech, capital access, or impact investing is a bonus
- Build the GTM engine of a VC-backed fintech startup
- Work directly with the founding team
