The Role

We’re hiring our first Growth Marketing/GTM Lead to help shape our growth engine—strategy, automation, funnels, partnerships, and content.This is a hands-on, build-from-zero role. If you’re part strategist, part builder, and ready to own results—you’ll love this.

Washington, D.C. preferred | Hybrid/Remote

3-month contract (Full-time) | Extendable

Project-based comp + performance upside

What You’ll Do
  • Own growth and GTM strategy: messaging, channels, campaigns
  • Build and optimize the user funnel (awareness → sign-up → activation)
  • Set up lightweight automation (Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Test and refine value props (Figma, Bolt, Cursor, Heatseeker)
  • Create smart, simple content (email flows, landing pages, decks)
  • Grow distribution via partners, accelerators, and ecosystem players
What You Bring
  • 1–5 years in growth, GTM, startup ops, or founder-type roles
  • Experience testing and launching campaigns from scratch
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with growth tools—or the drive to learn fast
  • Interest in fintech, capital access, or impact investing is a bonus
