Key Responsibilities:

• **Model Development:** Design and implement machine learning models, including Generative AI models such as Claude and Anthropic, to enhance product features and predictive capabilities.
• **Data Analysis:** Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and identify patterns that will inform model development and product improvements.
• **Algorithm Optimization:** Continuously refine and optimize machine learning algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• **Integration:** Collaborate with our team to integrate machine learning models into Muse’s platform and products.
• **Research and Development:** Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning and Generative AI technologies, applying new techniques to improve our products.
• **Performance Monitoring:** Monitor the performance of deployed models, address any issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
• **Documentation:** Document methodologies, processes, and models to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in machine learning and data science with a track record of developing and deploying models in production.
• *Skills:*   - Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.   - Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).   - Familiarity with Generative AI models and technologies such as Claude and Anthropic.   - Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical methods.   - Experience with data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, pandas, NumPy).   - Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
