About the Product Team:
Narmi’s Product Team sits at the center of our Engineering and go-to-market organizations and manages our full product development lifecycle. The Product team includes Product Management, Design, and Product Ops and is fully focused on building features, managing prioritization, and launching digital banking solutions for our customers.
What You'll Do:
- Define, execute and refine the product vision of Narmi’s account opening offerings for banks and credit unions including product specifications and requirements.
- Conduct strategic planning and operational execution for all account opening product lines.
- Responsible for the roadmap of the account opening product with constant innovation and development at every stage of the product life cycle from initial concept to market release.
- Collaborate with teams in design, engineering and other departments to define future products and their features.
- Leverage on SaaS methodologies to ensure the product development is aligned with user needs and market trends.
- Brainstorm, conduct research, plan the roadmap, define the scope, evaluate and launch new products to ensure product development is customer-centric.
- Establish KPIs for the product.
- Monitor the metrics and report the status by gathering data and feedback to assess product performance.
- Provide educational support to partner banks and credit unions.
- Evaluate and develop integrations with technology partners.
- Collaborate with product marketing to create relevant content for the sales, customer success, operations and implementation teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or Finance with 2 years of experience.
- Must have domain expertise in Banking & Securities industry especially in the financial services including business processes and data analytics.
- Skills in JIRA, Miro, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Figma.
The expected annual base salary for this role is $145,000 - $175,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
