About Narmi
Narmi is how community financial institutions unlock the very latest capabilities in digital banking and account opening – so they can move faster, tap new growth opportunities, and be where banking is going. Since our founding, Narmi has enabled the movement of billions of dollars and the opening of hundreds of thousands of accounts for banks and credit unions across the US. As a result, our customers have seen meaningful increases in deposits, revenues, and happy customers. In fact, one of the first financial institutions to leverage Narmi was recognized by Bankrate and NerdWallet for providing the #1 digital experience for a bank or credit union in the US.
About this role
Community banks and credit unions are the backbone of local economies, and Narmi exists to give them the digital banking infrastructure they need in order to win against megabanks and fintechs. As our Senior Partnerships Associate, Commercialization, you'll play a central role in making that mission a reality: ensuring Narmi's growing partner ecosystem is activated, adopted, and delivering measurable value to our customers. You'll be the connective tissue between our partners, our Customer Success teams, and the financial institutions we serve.
You'll work closely with Customer Success, Delivery, and Account Management teams to identify and execute on partner adoption opportunities, consult customers on third-party solutions, and drive the expansion revenue that comes from a thriving partner ecosystem.
What You'll Do
  • Revenue Expansion: Own and execute against revenue goals tied to partner adoption and commercialized ecosystem usage within our existing customer base.
  • CS & Delivery Partnership: Build the engagement framework for how Customer Success, Digital, and Consulting teams to introduce and deploy partners to existing Narmi customers.
  • Partner Commercialization: Define and optimize the pricing models, marketing campaigns, and "go-to-market" motions for established partners.
  • Implementation Alignment: Work closely with Implementation and Delivery teams to streamline the rollout process for FinTech partnerships at the financial institution level.
  • Customer Consulting: Identify opportunities to consult Narmi customers on their broader tech stack, positioning Narmi’s partners as the preferred solution.
  • Account Planning: Collaborate with Account Managers to embed partner solutions into long-term customer success plans and QBRs.
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company (FinTech preferred), specifically in roles focused on implementations, account management, or partner success.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and commercializing clients, products, or partnerships—moving from a signed contract to an integrated partnership and revenue realization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with both external partners and internal delivery and customer success teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to establish, track, and report on expansion KPIs and partner ROI.
  • Experience managing "face-to-face" partner relationships at industry events and on-site meetings with customers and partners.
  • Deep understanding of the operational workflows within financial institutions with experience implementing processes that scale across 100+ customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.
