We’re looking for a Senior Backend developer to build next generation of NATIX Network applications. We would love to have you on board if you are "either find a way or make one" type of person and you are willing to work in an accelerating, international, dynamic, and growing organization.

In this role, as a member of a tech team, you will be working in a cross functional team and the product owners. The ideal candidate is a self-disciplined, proactive, and a great problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices
• Integrate and optimize backend services with databases
• Develop and deploy data processing pipelines using Python libraries
• Implement new features from technical specifications with clean, testable code
• Architect and build IoT solutions using modern frameworks and protocols
• Continuously improve system performance, maintainability, and code quality
• Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
• Participate in peer code reviews and collaborative design discussions

Qualifications

• Degree or formal training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in backend Python development
• Strong expertise in data processing with Python libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, PySpark)
• Proficient in MongoDB and general NoSQL/relational data modeling
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and database schema design
• Solid experience with microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficient in Linux-based development and deployment environments
• Familiar with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
