We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial recent graduate from Newfoundland and Labrador to support business development, commercialization, and market growth activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in working in a fast-paced startup environment and gaining hands-on experience in bringing innovative technologies to market.

• Support business development and sales outreach activities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Assist with customer discovery and lead generation
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and commercialization materials
• Support partnership development with industry and academic stakeholders
• Assist with marketing and communication initiatives
• Contribute to strategy development for product commercialization

• Recent graduate (within the last few years) from a post-secondary institution in Newfoundland and Labrador
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in technology startups and innovation-driven companies
• Strong organizational and research skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience with CRM tools, market analysis, or sales activities is considered an asset

• Hands-on startup and commercialization experience
• Exposure to advanced deep-tech innovation and AI-driven technologies
