Nectar provides liquidity to professional real estate investors with low leverage, cash-flowing assets. We do this by leveraging the monthly cash flow of experienced rental investor entities to provide up-front capital, which they can then use to acquire new properties or improve existing properties. Nectar is a working capital marketplace for professional real estate owners and operators. Real estate is a capital intensive business and property owners have unique, short term financing needs—however, they own illiquid, long term assets. Nectar allows experienced property owners, developers and deal sponsors with stabilized assets to leverage their positive cash flow in order to manage surprise or lump sum expenses. We do this without the restrictions of additional debt or the dilution of an equity investor.
