Company Description

NEKOD helps enterprises govern and reduce risks of business-built applications, from Excel hacks and macros to no-code, AI agents, and automation scripts. Companies everywhere are racing to automate, but few know what their employees are building. We’ve built the trust and governance layer that large enterprises need to stay compliant and secure. I am seeking a co-founder to lead business development, enterprise sales, and go-to-market strategy.

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy
  • Lead business development, sales, and go-to-market
  • Manage customer acquisition from initial conversations to signed pilot agreements
  • Co-own investor and partner relationships
  • Help shape long-term company vision and strategy

What I’m looking for:

  • Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS sales or partnerships
  • Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and procurement
  • Self-starter with a builder mentality and ownership
  • Open communication, honesty, action-oriented
  • (Bonus) Familiar selling to regulated industries (banking, insurance, etc.)
  • (Bonus) Familiar with no-code, low-code, RPA, AI agents, vibe coding

Stage & expectations

We are an early stage startup, we have an MVP ready and are in advanced discussions with major financial institutions for pilot projects. You must be comfortable with the pace, uncertainty, and hands-on nature of early startup life. If you’re not ready to prospect, cold-call, join every customer meeting, and help build the company from scratch, this is not for you.

Location

You should be based in Western Europe (ideally Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, or nearby). Hybrid working is possible, but I prefer someone who can meet regularly in person for key sessions.

Commitment

You can start part-time to test fit, but I’m looking for someone who is ready to commit full-time as we secure funding and grow.
