We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in MongoDB, React, and potentially Augmented Reality for our innovative digital health startup. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for mobile app and software development, be able to work both independently and in a team environment, and wants to work for a medical related tech startup in the healthcare space and has enthusiasm for creating engaging user experiences.

• Responsibilities: *
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using MongoDB, React, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Implement front-end user interfaces using React.
• Develop augmented reality experiences using ARKit or ARCore.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues.
• Continuously learn and evaluate new technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of our applications.
• Ensure that data security is paramount.
  
  

Technical Expertise: A Solid understanding of software development principles, best practices, and the latest technologies is crucial. This includes proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, libraries, and tools relevant to the organization’s tech stack

Strategic Planning: A Lead Developer is expected to have a strategic mindset and the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute software development initiatives.

People Management: As a leader, you should possess excellent people management skills, including performance management, and employee development.

• Requirements: *
• At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB, React, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Augmented Reality (ARKit or ARCore).
• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Git version control system.
• Good understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Possesses a knowledge of EHR and EMR systems and integration with third party apps.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Proficiency with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment(CI/CD) Process
