Key Job Responsibilities

Requirements Management: Lead end-to-end requirement discovery, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.

Good to have domain Expertise: Analyse and optimise fintech processes, payments, onboarding, KYC, risk, and fraud detection.

Technical Liaison: Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for engineering, QA, and business teams.

Process Improvement: Drive automation projects and improve effectiveness and efficiency

Product Development: Support product roadmaps by leading UAT (User Acceptance Testing), performing gap analysis, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.

Remote Collaboration: Actively lead Agile ceremonies (sprints, grooming, retro) and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams in a remote-first setting.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: 5+ years of business analysis experience, typically in financial services or fintech.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (data analysis/querying) and Jira/Confluence.

Competencies: Strong stakeholder management, independent problem-solving in a remote environment, and excellent communication
