About The RoleWe are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Applied Research Scientist to join our research team. As an Applied Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research, developing new algorithms, and applying advanced techniques to address complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to implement research findings into practical applications. Roles & Responsibilities

• Improving and developing the backend Machine Learning (ML) models for the Apps of the NeuralSpace Platform (STT, TTS, NLU, NMT, etc.)
• Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of tools, libraries, frameworks, platform, and software solutions
• Productionize ML functionalities into the NeuralSpace Platform
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology platforms, frameworks, and deployment architecture for new product features
• Foster a strong DevOps culture

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of applied research and/or software dev experience, preferably working on SaaS products
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Development, Software Engineering or similar field
• Proven experience in conducting research and applying machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or statistical methods to practical problems
• Experience and mastery of a few programming languages - Python is a must
• An ML certification from Coursera, Deep Learning AI, or any other internationally recognized certification provider is a plus
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), preferably Azure
• Machine Learning Specialist certification by AWS is a big plus
• Preferably startup experience
• Experience with code versioning tools such as Git
• Experience with writing automated tests and working in a continuous integration context
• Experience with Test Driven Development is a plus
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other container-based deployment tech along with automation tools is a plus
• Experience with Machine Learning Python Libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Sklearn, PyTorch) is needed
• Willingness to be a part of an early-stage AI startup and the attitude of becoming a leader
• Interest or experience in machine learning principles
