About the Role:We are searching for a detail-oriented senior product manager to lead our product development team. The senior product manager will be expected to allocate resources, and to work with engineers, marketing personnel, and other creatives to ensure deadlines are met and products are launched.A top-notch senior product manager will have worked on numerous projects and have a firm grasp of how to satisfy consumers’ needs. Ideal candidates will be equally analytical and creative, and able to justify decisions to a range of stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop a clear and compelling product vision aligned with the company's overall strategy
• Identify and prioritize market opportunities based on customer needs, market analysis, and competitive landscape
• Define the product roadmap and long-term product strategy, taking into account user feedback, market trends, and business goals
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product development with business objectives
• Provide clear guidance and direction to the product development team throughout the product lifecycle
• Foster a strong, collaborative environment to ensure effective communication and coordination across teams
• Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring their needs are at the core of product decisions
• Define and track key product performance metrics and KPIs to measure the product's success
• Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future iterations

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Experience in working with AI/SaaS products
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Deep understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and strategy to stakeholders
• Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in software development, technology, or related industries is preferred
