We're looking for a creative and skilled Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer at NewHomesMate, you will work on the design and user experience of our marketplace. You will be at the forefront of creating a user-centric platform that serves the needs of both homebuyers and builders, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our users.
What will you do? 🤓
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into effective design solutions.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
Conduct user research to gather insights, validate design decisions, and iterate on our products based on user feedback and data.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of design decisions, user research, and iterations to ensure clear communication across teams and for future reference.
Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications.
Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across all product touchpoints.
Stay informed about the latest trends in design and real estate technology to drive continuous innovation.
What qualifications do you need? 🤩
Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design skills and approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
Exceptional visual design skills with an eye for good typography, composition, and color.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate your design decisions and process.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and design system maintenance is a plus.
