Lead the concierge team's day-to-day operations, guaranteeing optimal efficiency and impeccable service delivery.
Direct the strategic growth and development of concierge resources, aligning them with our aggressive expansion goals.
Constantly refine our concierge processes, embracing tools like CRM systems, scripts, and VoIP to maximize user experience.
Handpick and integrate the most potent tools and methodologies for the concierge team, ensuring alignment with our tech-forward vision.
Champion the onboarding process for new team members, engraining a profound understanding of our platform's nuances and standards.
Architect and calibrate the compensation structures of our concierge team, aiming to motivate and retain the best talent.
Analyze intricate sales analytics and performance metrics, swiftly addressing any divergences from our ambitious benchmarks.
Conduct meticulous performance evaluations of concierges using our CRM, holding our team to the gold standard of customer service.
