We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR team, who will help us to hire the best talent in the US and to build a sustainable talent acquisition strategy. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews and selection procedures. Partnering with hiring managers, you will build structured interview plans and processes, develop a sourcing strategy and drive the full cycle recruitment process.

Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement a scalable, high-volume recruiting strategy adaptable to various U.S. markets.
Candidate Pipeline: Create and sustain a pipeline of diverse candidates through a combination of sourcing methods.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and implement the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and acceptance.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop precise job descriptions tailored for sales and real estate-specific roles.
Data-Driven Approach: Implement and maintain tracking systems to measure essential recruitment metrics and inspire continuous improvement.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to our existing Talent Partner, imparting best practices and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
Collaborative Reporting: Work with the existing Talent Partner on generating reports and analyses related to recruitment and talent management.
What qualifications do you need? 🤩
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
Industry-Specific Hiring: Experience in recruiting for sales roles and real estate-specific positions is highly desirable.
Leadership: Previous experience in mentoring junior HR staff is a strong plus.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Would be a plus:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience in a high-growth startup or prop tech company.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
