Job Description 📝

Reporting to the Head of People, you'll be an integral part of our team, ensuring that transactions are smooth, paperwork is in order, and our real estate agents have the support they need. You'll also play a vital role in managing HR responsibilities, keeping our personnel records up to date and ensuring that our team members are well taken care of.

What will you do? 🤓

Benefits & Payroll:
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Process commissions for our agents, ensuring timely payments.
Keep personnel records up to date and assist with onboarding new team members.
Data Management:
Provide general administrative support, from market research to managing supplies and programs.
Prepare and distribute commission reports and bi-weekly statements promptly.
Maintain and update our database with client and property information.
Transaction Management:
Assist Sales Support Manager in maintaining organized transaction records, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Communication Excellence:
Act as a liaison between our real estate agents, title companies, and various stakeholders.
Keep everyone informed and updated throughout the transaction process.

What qualifications do you need? 🤩

Prior experience in Human Resources and basic knowledge of US employment laws is required
Previous experience in real estate is a plus
Knowledge in specialized area of HR processes and systems
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in GoogleDocs, CRM management, and Slack
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Ownership, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Love to self-learning and research for solutions
Must be a team player "Not my job" is not an option here
