Overview

The Data QA Associate supports the Data Implementation and Operations teams by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of data during imports, migrations, and integrations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and interested in building a career in data operations or software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate data imports and migrations for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Conduct data quality checks to identify discrepancies or errors across multiple systems.
• Assist in preparing, cleaning, and formatting data for import into client or internal databases.
• Collaborate with the Data Implementation team to troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of QA findings and assist in developing documentation for QA processes.
• Support the creation and execution of data validation test plans and scripts.
• Perform routine audits to ensure data integrity across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Data Science, or related field).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data inconsistencies.
• Basic understanding of data formats (CSV, Excel, JSON) and relational data concepts.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets).
• Ability to follow structured QA processes and documentation standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or data management platforms is a plus but not required.
