Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments, and wants a front-row seat to startup building, product evolution, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

CEO Partnership & Executive Enablement

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, helping drive decision-making, communications, and execution across the leadership team.
• Manage the CEO’s priorities, internal comms, and ensure time is allocated against the company’s highest-impact workstreams.
• Prepare briefs, agendas, and follow-ups for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic partnerships.

Strategic Operations

• Lead cross-functional initiatives, bringing alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Go-to-Market teams.
• Identify gaps in execution and implement scalable systems and processes to improve internal operations.
• Own and run special projects that fall outside the traditional org structure but are critical to our growth.
• Support back office functions, including HR, payroll, accounting, finance, tax, and compliance.

Internal Communications & Culture

• Own internal operating rhythms — e.g., all-hands, exec syncs, quarterly planning — to ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment.
• Be a champion of company culture and values, helping to scale our team without losing our soul.

Investor Relations & Fundraising Support

• Support capital raise processes by helping build decks, manage diligence, and coordinate investor communications.
• Track key metrics and performance indicators to maintain investor readiness at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or chief of staff roles at high-growth startups or fast-paced tech companies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a bias toward action.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly effective at synthesizing complex issues for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high velocity; ability to juggle multiple high-priority threads at once.
• Experience working with or alongside founders and C-level execs; startup experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare, AI/ML, and/or developer & data tools ecosystem.
