Radin Health is building a modern, AI-powered radiology platform designed for imaging centers, hospitals, and teleradiology practices. Our platform integrates RIS, PACS, AI-assisted dictation, patient engagement tools, and advanced workflow automation into a unified SaaS ecosystem.
As we expand our engineering team, we are building a dedicated PACS and Integrations development group focused on high-performance imaging workflows, interoperability with healthcare systems, and modern cloud architecture.
This role will work closely with our Chief Engineer and PACS architecture team to design and develop core systems that support radiologists, technologists, imaging centers, and healthcare providers across the United States.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong backend and system architecture experience to help develop and maintain critical components of our radiology platform.
This position will focus heavily on PACS development, imaging workflow integrations, and healthcare interoperability, while also contributing to frontend interfaces and modern web services.
Experience in radiology systems, PACS platforms, or healthcare imaging workflows is highly desirable.
Core Responsibilities
PACS & Imaging Workflow Development
Design and develop components supporting radiology imaging workflows including:
- DICOM image ingestion and routing
- Modality Worklist integration
- Image metadata management
- Study lifecycle workflows
- PACS viewer integrations
- Image indexing and storage systems
- Radiologist workflow optimization
Develop scalable services to support high-volume imaging environments.
Healthcare Systems Integration
Build and maintain integrations between the Radin platform and external healthcare systems including:
- RIS systems
- PACS platforms
- EHR/EMR systems
- Teleradiology networks
- Imaging modalities
Work with industry standards such as:
- DICOM
- HL7
- FHIR
- IHE profiles
Develop APIs and services that support interoperability across imaging networks.
Full Stack Application Development
Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications that support:
- Radiologist workstations
- Referring physician portals
- Imaging center workflows
- Administrative tools
Develop responsive and intuitive interfaces that enable efficient clinical workflows.
Backend Architecture
Build robust backend systems and APIs supporting imaging workflows including:
- High-throughput imaging pipelines
- Study management services
- Workflow orchestration
- Audit logging and compliance
- Secure healthcare data exchange
Optimize services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability
Contribute to the design of our cloud architecture to support enterprise imaging workloads including:
- Distributed microservices
- Secure storage for medical imaging data
- Scalable compute infrastructure
- CI/CD pipelines
- Monitoring and logging systems
Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Chief Engineer
- PACS architecture team
- Product management
- Implementation teams
- Clinical advisors and radiologists
Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong backend development experience using:
- C# / .NET Core
- Python
- Frontend development experience with:
- JavaScript
- HTML / CSS
- React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs
- Experience working with relational databases such as:
- PostgreSQL
- SQL Server
- MySQL
- Experience with cloud platforms such as:
- AWS
- Azure
- GCP
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
Preferred Qualifications (Highly Valued)
Candidates with experience in medical imaging systems or healthcare technology will be strongly preferred.
Experience with:
- PACS development
- Radiology imaging workflows

Additional experience with:
