We are looking for
The Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal, strategic role in growing Ninox working at the intersection of Sales, Marketing and Product supporting acquisition, enabling payment and retention of customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for our growth product portfolio: sign-up, checkout, in-app settings including re-order and financial processes. Knowledge of growth strategy are essential to your application. For example, eCommerce Product people working in sign-up and checkout, or those working on internal financial systems will be able to bring a lot to the role.

Your mission
  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the Growth product portfolio, setting clear and measurable objectives to achieve business and user goals.
  • Work with a cross-functional Agile team with dedicated Engineering and Design.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to translate product vision into user stories and prioritising product backlog according to business and customer impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, launch strategies, and promotional activities. Be responsible for communicating product benefits, features, and updates to these teams.
  • Define requirements, rationalise the importance of feature requests, and ensure high value product releases.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities for your product. Incorporate this data into product development.
  • Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, become the thought leader for your product. Understand and articulate the technical functionality and value proposition of Ninox products to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data to make decisions about product development and optimisations, utilising metrics to drive success and learnings.
  • Act as a product evangelist both internally and externally, representing Ninox at industry events and with important clients. Engage with users, customers, and partners to gather feedback, promote new features, and drive adoption, including leading product launches and releases in coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Partner Management.

You must have...
  • Good knowledge of growth-driven Product Management
  • 5+ years of experience in product management. If possessing less than 5 years' experience, explain in your covering letter the development of your fast personal growth into the role of a Senior Product leader
  • Ability to develop and execute product strategy, prioritise features, and drive roadmap planning in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathise with customer pain-points and needs.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, define KPIs and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication along with leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Product development lifecycle management from concept to delivery including go-to-marketing activities

Nice to have
  • Experience within B2B SaaS or ERP solutions
  • Technical background with knowledge of code
  • A good understanding of the low-code market
  • Strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and an ability to react quickly to feedback and changing circumstances.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to influence without authority, sell ideas to stakeholders, and communicate clear product vision.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
