Responsibilities you would be handling at NIRA
Required 1 year of Experience.
You will responsible for collecting pending documents from customers to ensure smooth credit screening and approvals.
Prior knowlegde in KYC documentation is prefered.
Ensure daily targets are met.
Flexible to work across departments (Operations)
Our Requirements from you
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience in customer support operations or related field.
Experience in analytical, results-oriented environment with customer interaction.
Demonstrated active listening skills and solutions-oriented.
Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
