Roles & Responsibilities Identify and generate sales opportunities for Personal Loans and personal Credit Cards for employees by partnering up with the organizations. Acquire organizations with more than 300+ Employees. Execute activation campaigns in organizations for Personal Loans and Personal Credit Card sales. Responsible for achieving daily/monthly sales targets. Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in corporate acquisition within Banking Industry; Ability to connect with corporates at Founder, Director, CFO, HR and various other levels. Engagement and education of corporate customers before rolling out the product; Demonstrated skills of onboarding organizations for financial services. Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into actions that assist stakeholders with decision making; Role Proficiencies Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language. Excellent lead generation... and conversion skill. Ability to work successfully as a part of a team. High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently. Bonus Points If Have a strong connection with Bangalore based businesses. Have a background working in Salary Account or Credit Card Sales Acquisition. Knowledge of the application process for getting a personal loan and credit card. A hard-working, detail-oriented, organized, and motivated self-starter, constantly striving to improve your skills and look for ways to add value to the team.
