Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Disbursal Team Lead/Assistant Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will work towards enhancing data-driven planning in loan origination operations, ensuring compliance with industry requirements, and improving operational efficiency. You will be responsible for conducting data analysis, customer segmentation, and implementing customized strategies. Strong analytical thinking and communication skills are essential for this position.
