Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Highly target-driven individual.
- We would love for you to take initiative to create processes that make internal processes progressive.
- Coordinate with managers to complete the allocated task on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Candidate must have experience in Emails Process
- High attention to detail.
- Organized and process have driven.
- Take ownership and responsibility.
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Its Non Voice Process
- 3 LPA - 4LPA Salary package
