The ideal candidate will manage our DSA partner accounts. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with DSA Partners and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

Onboard and maintain relationships with DSA partners to better understand and achieve their needs with business development.
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Experience on MS Excel.
Identify opportunities for growth within our platform
Manage billing and reporting of DSA accounts.


Graduate, BBA Marketing
Previous account management experience
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Willingness and ability to travel to DSA location if need be.
