At NIRA, We're on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual to step into the role of NBFC Partnerships Lead. As an integral part of our team, you'll spearhead our efforts in fostering strong relationships with Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), serving as the primary liaison between NIRA and our valued partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a deep understanding of the NBFC landscape, and is driven by a passion for forging robust business partnerships that grow stronger with time.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop standardised layers throughout the entire lifecycle for our debt partnerships with local banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs).
  • Lead large-scale business and technical project management efforts involving diverse stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of debt partnership initiatives.
  • Development of standard and reusable compliance artifacts under fast developing regulatory regime.
  • Evaluate post-launch metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of debt partnership programs.
  • In future identify and cultivate ecosystem partnerships for non-credit products, such as UPI, to expand the scope of offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to explore innovative avenues for business growth and diversification.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in partner financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with at least 4 years or more in leading partnerships and driving business growth
  • Analytical Skills:Proficiency in evaluating performance metrics and deriving actionable insights to drive business improvements.
  • Ability to establish and nurture strategic partnerships, with a keen eye for identifying mutually beneficial opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Relationship management across internal and external stakeholders.

Salary - as per industry standards
