We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI Automation Specialist to join our team and lead the implementation of AI-driven solutions across our workflows.

Role Overview:

As an AI Automation Specialist at Noktos, you will play a crucial role in transforming our business processes. Your primary responsibility will be to identify tasks suitable for AI automation, research and select appropriate AI tools, and implement these tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify Tasks for AI Automation:

• Analyze current workflows to identify repetitive, time-consuming tasks.

• Focus on areas like document creation, data analysis, programming, customer support, and chatbot management.

2. Research and Select Suitable AI Tools:

• Explore and evaluate AI tools tailored to our specific needs.

• Assess tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), Chatbot, among others, based on capabilities, ease of use, integration, data privacy, security, and scalability.

3. Implement AI Tools Gradually:

• Introduce AI tools incrementally, starting with simpler tools.

• Provide comprehensive training to the team to ensure effective adoption.

• Gather feedback for continuous improvement and refine the implementation process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience in implementing AI and automation solutions in a business environment.

• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for AI automation.

• Knowledge of various AI tools and technologies, with the ability to evaluate and integrate them.

• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong communication and training skills to ensure team buy-in and effective tool adoption.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the travel tech industry or a related field.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to drive change and innovation within an organization.
