The Opportunity
Notey is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to build and manage creator, educator, musician, parent, and student-facing influencer campaigns that help scale Notey globally.
This individual will serve as a central coordination point between marketing leadership, creators, agencies, product, education, customer success, and external partners to turn Notey's story into measurable growth across social, creator, and community channels.
The ideal candidate combines strong influencer marketing experience, excellent communication abilities, startup adaptability, and a passion for technology, education, gaming, music, or AI.
Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies across musicians, educators, parents, students, creators, and youth culture channels.
- Identify, recruit, negotiate with, onboard, and manage creators aligned with Notey's brand and growth goals.
- Create campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, content guidelines, and performance expectations.
- Coordinate influencer activations across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and relevant regional platforms.
- Track campaign performance, budget efficiency, creator ROI, and growth outcomes.
Marketing & Growth Coordination
- Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and leadership to align influencer campaigns with broader growth, brand, and performance marketing priorities.
- Coordinate campaign calendars, creator content schedules, launch moments, and cross-channel amplification.
- Facilitate communication between creators and internal stakeholders.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, school campaigns, referral programs, and international growth initiatives.
- Monitor campaign blockers and escalate risks when necessary.
Creator Relationships & Partnerships
- Build long-term relationships with creators, music educators, artists, parenting influencers, student ambassadors, and partner communities.
- Manage creator communications, contracts, deliverables, feedback, approvals, and payments in coordination with leadership.
- Develop ambassador, affiliate, and referral concepts that can scale across markets.
- Identify high-performing creators and recommend deeper partnership opportunities.
Cross-Functional Operations
- Coordinate initiatives across Marketing & Growth, Product, Education, Customer Success, Sales, and Business Development.
- Ensure alignment between strategic marketing priorities and day-to-day campaign execution.
- Organize recurring campaign reviews, creator updates, and status meetings.
- Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, asset trackers, and operational processes.
Process Improvement
- Develop and refine influencer marketing frameworks, creator templates, reporting systems, and campaign workflows.
- Improve operational efficiency and cross-department collaboration.
- Introduce tools and best practices that improve visibility, accountability, content quality, and performance measurement.
- Support implementation of KPI tracking and performance reporting systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Communicate campaign status clearly to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Prepare campaign reports, creator summaries, performance dashboards, and executive updates.
- Coordinate relationships with contractors, agencies, freelance contributors, implementation partners, and external vendors.
- Support investor, grant, and strategic partnership initiatives when marketing traction, creator activity, or growth metrics are required.
Team Leadership & Coordination
The Influencer Marketing Manager will coordinate creator and campaign work across multiple departments, including:
- Marketing & Growth
- Product
- Education
- Customer Success
- Sales
- Business Development
The Influencer Marketing Manager may also oversee campaign execution involving external contractors, agencies, freelance contributors, creators, ambassadors, and strategic implementation partners. While this is not initially a people-management role, the successful candidate will be expected to lead campaigns, influence stakeholders, and build processes that support future organizational growth.
Qualifications
Required
- 3-7 years of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns, creators, deliverables, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, creator culture, and social performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with influencer platforms, social analytics tools, spreadsheets, project management tools, or CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, Gaming, AI, music, family products, youth brands, or consumer subscription companies.
- Experience working with musicians, music educators, parent creators, teachers, or student communities.
- Experience with affiliate, referral, ambassador, or creator-led acquisition programs.
- Experience coordinating paid social amplification of influencer content.
- Experience working with distributed international teams.
Compensation
Base Salary: €35,000-€55,000
Equity Participation: Optional based on experience
