About Notey
Notey is building the future of music learning.
We transform real instruments and voices into video game controllers, combining artificial intelligence, adaptive learning, and engaging gameplay to make music practice something students genuinely enjoy.
Founded by a team of Grammy-nominated musicians, educators, game designers, and technology leaders, Notey serves students, teachers, schools, and districts across multiple countries. Our mission is simple: help students build real musical skills through experiences that are fun, engaging, and motivating from day one.
We’re still early, which means every hire has outsized impact. This role will work directly with leadership to shape how the Notey brand grows across content, social media, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, community, influencer programs, paid acquisition, and customer engagement.
We are looking for someone who is equally strong in creative thinking and operational execution. Someone who can build strategy, coordinate teams, drive growth, manage campaigns, and elevate the overall quality and consistency of the brand.
The Opportunity
Notey is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing execution across both B2C and B2B channels, with primary emphasis on consumer growth.
This is not a narrow channel specialist role.
We want someone who understands how content, brand, paid acquisition, influencer marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and community-building work together to create sustainable growth.
You will own the marketing function, working closely with leadership, product, education, sales, and customer success teams to drive awareness, acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, testing ideas, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and directly influencing company growth.
