Nourisher supports breastfeeding moms in meeting their nursing goals with wholesome lactation snacks that support breast milk production. We use a proprietary blend of milk-boosting "galactagogues" in our bars: rolled oats, flax seed, brewers yeast and black sesame seeds offering moms a healthy dose of active ingredients in each batch.
