We are looking for a Sr. Manual QA who understands how to ensure the quality of a product that is changing very fast. If you're passionate about financial products and have a keen eye for quality, then we want to chat. Are you ready to revolutionize the small business banking industry with us?

About the Role

  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases for different platforms like Android, iOS, and Web
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities for the sprint
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver the highest quality with each release
  • Communicate using synchronous and asynchronous channels to collaborate effectively

Requirements for the Role

  • 5+ years experience with manual testing
  • Altealt 3 years of experience in mobile application testing(Android/iOS)
  • Experienced in defining QA strategies for large scale web and mobile applications
  • Experience of working with Agile software development process
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams

How We Define Success:

  • Completion of all testing activities for features and other deliverables within reasonable timelines
  • Building documentation of product test cases and suites and maintaining release plans for multiple products

Nice To Have, but Not Required:

  • Worked in a product company before
  • Experience with test management tools like TestRail
  • Knowledge of automation testing.
