We’re seeking a part-time Office & Facilities Administrator with a talent for optimizing office spaces and ensuring smooth, efficient operations. About the Role:

Office:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office including but not limited to vendor relationships, office upkeep, catering, and company travel
    • Keep the office stocked with supplies, coffee, and all other necessities to maintain employee productivity and support
    • Order and replace office furniture when required
  • Plan and arrange office layout as needed, keeping future needs in mind as the company expands
  • Greet visitors and deliveries at the door
  • Work with the Finance team to maintain the monthly office operations budget
  • Create procedure and policy documents as needed and share them with the team
  • Ensure that the space always looks spotless
  • Organize small events for the team monthly

Facilities:

  • Be the primary contact for building management and maintenance
  • Prepare workstations for all new employees
  • Collaborate with IT & the rest of the People department on new employees’ equipment set up requirements
  • Work with third-party vendors in sourcing equipment and tools

Requirements for the Role: (these are specific to the role-- technical skills and requirements to fulfill the job duties, certifications, years of experience, degree)

  • Excellent project management skills. Ability to manage large-scale programs with tight timelines. You are resourceful and have a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality.
  • 1+ years experience in Office Management, Facilities Coordination, or other relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced tech culture
  • 2 days in office mandatory, from 8AM until 12PM
