Role Description

Create the operational backbone of Novo's marketing engine. You'll streamline processes, optimize technology stack, and ensure flawless campaign execution as we scale to serve millions of small businesses. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone who thrives on creating order from complexity and driving efficiency across all marketing functions while empowering hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities

  • Architect marketing technology ecosystem: Manage and optimize our MarTech stack including CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools, and attribution systems

  • Drive campaign operations excellence: Establish workflows, approval processes, and quality control measures that ensure on-time, error-free campaign delivery

  • Manage marketing database health: Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and segmentation capabilities that support sophisticated targeting

  • Enable marketing team productivity: Provide training, documentation, and tool recommendations that empower marketers to work more efficiently

  • Partner on AI implementation: Support rapid testing and iteration of new channels, workflows, and content building strategies

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, preferably in fast-growth B2B SaaS or fintech environments

  • Deep knowledge of marketing and project management platforms (customer.io, Meta, Notion, etc.)

  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, etc.) and AI tools

  • Proven track record of process optimization and project management in dynamic environments

  • Understanding of compliance requirements and financial services regulations

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compensation Range: $100K - $125K
