WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
As a Business Development Manager (B2B), you will be instrumental in establishing partnerships with companies seeking office space solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive B2B growth by identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify, prospect, and build relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to form strategic partnerships.
- Sales Development: Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiations and closing deals, by effectively communicating our value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for market expansion and growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring smooth transitions for clients moving into office spaces and high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Experience: success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies for business growth.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and navigate contract agreements successfully.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, taking initiative, and adapting quickly to changes.
