Nurovant AI is building the next-generation instructional decision system for K–12 schools. Our platform helps educators close learning gaps faster by personalizing instruction, mapping curriculum to standards, and providing real-time insights into student needs — all powered by adaptive learning and AI.

We’re inviting experienced education leaders to join our Advisory Council for Instructional Intelligence, a select group of practitioners helping shape the future of personalized learning, MTSS implementation, and instructional support tools.

About the Role

Schools today face increasing pressure to accelerate student learning while managing complex operational demands — from curriculum adoption and MTSS frameworks to staffing shortages and compliance requirements.

You’ve led those initiatives. This is your opportunity to influence the tools that will support your peers across the country.

As a member of our advisory council, you will:

  • Provide insights on how AI can reduce the burden of planning, data analysis, and intervention tracking
  • Share your experiences with curriculum, technology, and instructional systems — highlighting what works, what doesn’t, and what’s missing
  • Help shape feature development that supports differentiated instruction, real-time progress monitoring, and MTSS workflows
  • Ensure that the tools we build are practical, actionable, and aligned to the realities of day-to-day leadership in schools and districts

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking input from leaders who are currently serving or have previously served in roles such as:

  • Director of Curriculum and Instruction
  • Director of Technology
  • Principal or Assistant Principal
  • MTSS Coordinator
  • Assistant Superintendent
  • Superintendent

Ideal candidates will have experience leading or supporting:

  • Multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
  • Personalized or adaptive learning initiatives
  • Standards-aligned curriculum implementation
  • Instructional planning across diverse learner needs
  • Data-driven decision-making at the classroom, school, or district level

Why Join

This is a flexible advisory opportunity, not a full-time role. It is designed for education leaders who want to shape the direction of innovative tools without the burden of additional responsibilities. By joining, you will:

  • Help influence tools used by schools and districts across the country
  • Join a national network of respected K–12 leaders
  • Elevate your voice as a thought leader in instructional innovation and AI
  • Play a meaningful role in advancing solutions that reduce workload and improve outcomes for educators and students

We are not asking you to beta test software — we’re inviting you to help design what should exist.

We’d love to connect and learn more about your work.
