As revenue operations lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious goals by owning our revenue tech stack & enhancement requirements, building sales forecasts & targets as well as measurement solutions. This position requires a blend of determination, creativity, and accountability – and will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Data Engineering, CX, Finance and many others. It is a highly visible opportunity with exposure to the Canvas leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Own Hubspot CRM architecture, enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting & best practices
- Share requirements with the Product / Engineering team to drive best in class optimizations
- Collaborate with GTM & Finance leadership to set sales forecasts, team targets and variable compensation goals
- Measure attainment of targets and develop Hubspot reports to allow easy consumption of those key metrics
- Manage team performance / commission reconciliation process
- Ensure seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales organizations & carefully track and optimize pipeline metrics and velocity
- Bring best in class revenue operations opportunities & drive to execute them
- Help assess investment opportunities & technology solutions to ensure we’re focusing resources in the right spaces
- Fail fast and iterate mentality - continuously test and learn to improve on revenue operations strategies over time to increase business velocity.
Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of experience in revenue operations with Hubspot as primary CRM system
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing tech stacks and how they work together
- Demonstrated ability to drive to results in Series A / B startups
- Experience forecasting and measuring performance in a transactional business
- Experience working in a company with multiple monetization strategies (transactional, membership / subscription, Saas, etc.) - a plus
- Familiarity with architecture, construction and/or interior design industries - a plus
