About Us

We are a Techstars-backed pre-seed startup building AI applications for digital health companies, as well as healthcare and life sciences organizations. Our mission is to help digital health innovators leverage AI to improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and scale faster.

The Role

We’re looking for a Fractional Head of Sales & BD who can help us grow our pipeline by identifying and reaching out to decision-makers at digital health companies. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience in health tech, a strong network, and the ability to hustle in an early-stage environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, identify and engage high-potential digital health companies.
  • Build targeted outreach lists (CEOs, product leaders, and innovation managers).
  • Reach out via LinkedIn and email to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Nurture early conversations and set up founder-led meetings.
  • Support founders in sales conversations — preparing pitches, handling follow-ups, and driving deals toward close, with potential to co-lead sales.
  • Constantly test and refine messaging, channels, and cadences.
  • Help build the foundation of our outbound sales engine.
  • Leverage your existing network of digital health contacts to make warm introductions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or partnerships experience (preferably in health tech, digital health, or SaaS).
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and LinkedIn/email campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys working with early-stage startups.
  • Existing connections in the digital health space is a big plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to digital health companies (and/or healthcare / life sciences companies).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and health tech software.
  • Experience at another startup (comfortable with lean, fast-moving environments).
