About you:

You are a seasoned marketing leader with a sharp creative sensibility, deep brand instincts, and a strong command of performance strategy. You know how to craft narratives that resonate and convert. You’ve led multidisciplinary teams across brand, growth, content, lifecycle, social, influencer, and partnerships. You’ve scaled DTC brands through inflection points, and you’re energized by a challenge (and a little chaos). And you’re ready to shape the future of offe market as we enter our next phase of growth.

About the role:

As Vice President of Marketing, you will lead all facets of marketing at offe marketing, guiding strategy and execution across brand, performance, lifecycle, content, social, influencer, and communications. Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, you’ll build the roadmap and the playbook that defines how offe market shows up in the world and how we scale.

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that integrates brand, growth, content, and lifecycle to drive awareness, revenue, and retention
  • Lead the articulation and evolution of offe market’s brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistency and resonance across all customer touchpoints
  • Design and manage offe market’s annual marketing calendar in partnership with Merchandising, Creative, and Growth, aligning with key drops, seasonal moments, and culture cycles
  • Oversee all paid acquisition efforts across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels, ensuring efficient spend and performance optimization
  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy: email, SMS, post-purchase, and reactivation flows to increase customer LTV and deepen engagement
  • Drive content and editorial strategy across channels, building an ecosystem of storytelling that blends community, commerce, and culture
  • Build and lead an integrated influencer, affiliate, and creator program that feels native to the offe market brand and scales through authentic relationships
  • Guide creative development for campaigns, drops, and launches, partnering closely with our in-house content teams to bring big ideas to life
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Merchandising, Social Media and the Founder to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans
  • Establish and track KPIs for all marketing programs; use data and insights to inform strategy, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities
  • Shape proactive and reactive communication strategies to support brand growth, values, and mission, especially across high-visibility campaigns and community moments
  • Serve as a key partner to the Founder & CEO on vision-setting, thought leadership, and founder-facing brand opportunities

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with leadership roles spanning brand, growth, content, influencer, and lifecycle
  • Proven track record of building and scaling integrated marketing strategies at high-growth DTC or consumer brands, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or circular commerce
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, cultural trends, and storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Demonstrated success launching breakthrough campaigns, driving revenue growth, and building brand equity
  • Experience overseeing paid media, email/SMS, influencer, and content programs with measurable impact
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing, mentoring, and scaling multidisciplinary teams
  • Skilled communicator, capable of aligning executive leadership, cross-functional partners, and external collaborators around a unified vision
  • Highly analytical and insights-driven, with fluency in attribution, funnel metrics, and performance optimization
  • Collaborative, curious, and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity and move quickly in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working closely with content, merchandising, and external agencies to build campaigns from idea to execution
