We're a fast-growing off-price marketplace based in LA - think "Gen-Z's TJ Maxx" - and we're looking for someone who already knows the brands we want to carry. If you've spent years building relationships at a multi-brand retailer and you've got a Rolodex of wholesale contacts who trust your taste, we want to talk.

Offe Market sells excess and overstock inventory from cult-favorite brands like Ganni, Baggu, and Wrangler at up to 80% off. We're growing fast, our model works, and now we need a sharp buyer to help us scale our brand partnerships and merchandising operation to the next level.

Location: Los Angeles (hybrid) or New York

What you'll own

Brand Partnerships

  • Leverage your existing wholesale relationships to bring new brands onto the platform - this is the most important thing you'll do
  • Attend trade shows, activate your network, and be the face of Offe to the brand community
  • Lead outreach, negotiations, and onboarding end-to-end: margins, fulfillment terms, contracts, and product uploads
  • Nurture ongoing brand relationships to unlock repeat inventory and new sales opportunities

Merchandising & Strategy

  • Own the brand matrix and product assortment — curating what goes live across our e-commerce site and Echo Park retail location
  • Build and maintain our merchandise launch calendar, inventory tracker, and on-order documents
  • Develop cross-channel strategies (online + in-store) that drive sell-through and gross margin
  • Pull reporting, spot trends, and make data-backed recommendations to keep the assortment fresh and performing

Who you are

  • You have 3–6+ years in buying, wholesale, or brand partnerships at a multi-brand retailer (department store, specialty retailer, or off-price) — and you've got the contacts to show for it
  • You can cold-email a brand director and get a meeting; you know how the wholesale world works from both sides of the table
  • Excel is your comfort zone; you're organized, data-driven, and love a clean tracker
  • You have a genuine pulse on emerging and cult-favorite brands — you know what Gen-Z is buying before they buy it
  • You're a builder. This is a ground-floor role, and you're excited by the blank canvas, not intimidated by it
  • Strong communicator, proactive, and entrepreneurial by nature
