Built by home health experts and seasoned product managers and engineers from Amazon, Google, Cohere Health, and Arrive Health, Olli Health streamlines ICD-10 coding and documentation with industry-leading speed and accuracy, freeing nurses to focus on patients while helping agencies maximize revenue, reduce compliance risk, and scale efficiently.
What You’ll Do
This is a true 0→1, full-stack marketing role with high ownership and visibility. You will define our marketing strategy and execute it end-to-end, with a clear mandate: build trust, differentiate in a noisy AI market, and drive a qualified pipeline.
Own the full marketing function across brand, demand generation, and content
Work closely with our Head of Sales to develop a clear, differentiated narrative that cuts through AI hype and establishes Olli as the trusted standard in home health coding and documentation

Build and scale pipeline-driving programs including:
Webinars and virtual events
Nurse influencer and clinician advocacy programs
Thought leadership (white papers, case studies, ROI content)
High-performing LinkedIn and outbound content strategies
Use AI tools to rapidly design, test, and iterate on campaigns, messaging, and creative assets
Partner closely with Sales and Product to align messaging with market needs and accelerate deal cycles
Establish early metrics, attribution, and growth loops to continuously improve performance
Build the foundation for a scalable marketing organization (team, systems, vendors)
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in HealthTech or RCM services-enabled software
Proven experience as a full-stack marketer—comfortable owning both strategy and end-to-end hands-on execution
Track record of driving pipeline and revenue, not just brand awareness
Strong intuition for messaging that builds trust with clinical and operational audiences
Experience creating content and campaigns that cuts through noisy AI-hype and resonate with healthcare providers, clinicians, or revenue cycle teams
Fluent in modern AI marketing tools and workflows to move faster and more efficiently
Builder and owner mindset: excited to go from zero to one, test quickly, and scale what works

Compensation/Benefits
Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $140,000
Meaningful equity ownership and/or performance bonus
